Mr. Van Gorden has over 25 years of leadership and management experience in a variety of settings, including real estate companies, middle and high schools, municipal governments, post-secondary institutions and non-profit organizations. He is a self-motivated leader who works well under pressure, enjoys new challenges, is a team player and is dedicated to all stakeholders. His strength is being a problem solver and working well with a diverse group of stakeholders. Mr. Van Gorden is very community minded and currently is a member of the Rotary Club, Moose Club, Masons, and local Chamber of Commerce . He is also a member of the Dade City Church of Christ. Mr. Van Gorden has two adult children Aiden and Kaitlyn.
